I still remember walking to your house from my house, so that we could go to downtown Elmhurst and look in the stores? buy a donut? we were so lucky to live in that time!
Along with many of you, I feel very sad about the death of Glenn Pape. I loved his creative mind and spirit. As I reviewed all of the classmates we have lost, I noticed that so many had very short lives. Even if I did not know them well, I felt a sense of loss of that youthful promise that many of us have had a chance to experience. I am grateful for that. With the world turning upside down, I try to keep hope in my heart for the next generations.

Hello John: I read your comment on Hal Erickson's page. I remember that at our 50th reunion, you still looked like your younger self and that you look like a happy man. Wishing you all good things.
